• 1. Non Cancellation, Non Refundable, Non Changeable
• 2. If the tour is cancelled due to unnatural reason, like Riot, Natural Calamity or Govt, restriction tour operator not be liable in such cases.
• 3. Time is the essence of this PUJA PARIKRAMA, failing which by any guest, organizer will not be liable for that no refund will be made tor this purpose.
• 4. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property. We do not have any insurance policy coverings the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all time are at the clients risk.
• 5. This to be noted that all the above mentioned destinations are subject to permission from the respective families/ societies/ estates/ police . If any spot is not covered due to unavailability of permission,the company is not responsible.
• 6. Please bring your umbrella or raincoat.
• 7. Please carry your essential medicine.
• 8. If you have any baby below 4 years you have to carry medicine & baby food.
• 9. Upto 4 years baby can travel free without capture any seat & share can food with their family.
• 10. As per police guidance bus will stop near heritage building & rest you have to walk.
• 11. All stills and video photography done at locations are exclusive properties of Ladybird. Travel Services and can be used / published in any form or media at their discretion without permission from any one else whatsoever
• 12. No show if for some reason you are unable to take travel – no refund will be applicable
• 13. If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days
• 14. We keep your personal data such as email address, phone numbers safe with us. Those are not shared to anyone.
